Lynette C. Rosenblath, 70, of Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2025, surrounded by her beloved children.
Born in Hauppauge, Long Island on May 20, 1955, Lynette was raised in Syracuse, where she spent the rest of her life. She graduated from Henninger High School and was known from an early age as someone who marched to the beat of her own drum. Fierce, loyal, and full of life, Lynette brought energy, warmth, and unapologetic individuality to every room she entered.
Later in life, Lynette found her calling as a hairdresser — a career she loved deeply. She was proud to be part of the Ulta Beauty family at Destiny USA, where her coworkers became a second family and her clients were treated with the kindness and humor that made her so memorable.
Lynette adored spending time outdoors. She took great pride in her backyard, which was a peaceful haven filled with flowers, laughter, and life. She loved to garden, cook out, and host friends and family whenever she could. She was especially fond of feeding and talking to the birds and squirrels in her yard — many of whom she named and knew by sight.
Above all, Lynette was devoted to her family. She cherished her parents deeply. She is survived by her three children, Carmen A. Sidari Jr., Heather Sidari, and Tyler Synder; her sister, Tesh Rosenblath-Talaro; her mother, Evelyn P. Nodecker; and her loyal dog, Izzy. She was preceded in death by her father, Bradly Nodecker.
Lynette’s legacy is one of love, strength, and authenticity. She will be remembered for her fierce loyalty, her generous spirit, and the way she made others feel seen, heard, and cared for.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor. The family will reach out to close friends and relatives with details in the coming weeks.
